In 2018 my life changed forever. I lost control of my life. Confusion, frustration, anger, depression, and anxiety settle in regarding my decision making. My roadmap to success crumbled before my eyes. Total control of my life escaped me. For 8 months to a year, depression became my best friend. There was no desire to survive or thrive.
